in fountain court by arthur symons

The fountain murmuring of sleep,
A drowsy tune;
The flickering green of leaves that keep
The light of June;
Peace, through a slumbering afternoon,
The peace of June.

A waiting ghost, in the blue sky,
The white curved moon;
June, hushed and breathless, waits, and I
Wait too, with June;
Come, through the lingering afternoon,
Soon, love, come soon.

Mexican food

Far Out [Friday My Town Shoot Out Link-Up]

to get well
I eat mexican food

to write well
I ride the train to visit hollywood

to stretch our imaginations
I watch American Idol and find talented singers

to see far
i wear near-sighted glasses and sit ajar

to escape ignorance
i fly high and swim wide, reaching Stanford Francisco

to find peace
I scan my records and send out thank you notes
